Day 13 – “Paper Girl”

Another story to brighten your day.

With love and gratitude,
Natalie.

Paper Girl
I deliver papers in Kamloops and enjoy the work very much. I get to see the city as very few do, quiet and cozy. One morning just as the sun was waking up, I made my delivery to a doorstep, and noticed a small envelope attached to the mailbox. It had “Paper Girl” written in large block letters.

Inside was a handwritten note and a gift certificate to a coffee shop. Although the gift certificate was super nice, the note is the part that made me smile all day. It read: “I really appreciate that every morning when I wake up my paper is waiting for me. Have a coffee on me!”

Thank you for being such a kind city,
The Paper Girl
